Objectives :    To make publicity,to execute the projects and to distribute the renewable energy systems among the masses and for the public use by organising awarness programme,training ,refresher courses,seminars,business meets,                  

workshops for the masses,officials,institutions,NGO's,students to meet the growing demand of energy,to conserve the available energy sources,to reduce the pollution level and to protect the environment with a decentralised planning aproach in Rural and Urban areas. System distribution is being done with or without subsidy through NEDA office or through Aditya Urja Shops.

On Going Schemes:   

  1. Solar Home Light model-I and model-II are available under IREP scheme for       Sadar and Jansath blocks to individual benficiary.Proforma is filled up at the of delivery after taking beneficiary contribution and Photo identity.
  2. Solar Street Light is available on subsidy for Sadar and Jansath block for community uses.Beneficiary contribution is Rs 9600/--
  3. Dish Type Solar cooker is available for Rs2600/-- to individual beneficiary.
  4. Solar Lantern, Solar Home Lights, Solar Water Pumps, Solar Tape Recorder Panel are made available without subsidy.
  5. Solar Cookers and Water Heaters of different capacity is available without subsidy. There is 100 % depreciation in Income Tax to the commercial users. A soft – loan is also provided at 5.5 % interest rate.
  6. We install Dung based Biogas Plants and Night Soil based Biogas Plants with community toilets. Subsidy is not available.
  7. We also install Gasifiers of different capacities.
  8. In Hydro Power sector we are planning to harness the hydro power potential at different Canal Falls available in the District. DPRs have been prepared for Kutubpur and Chudiyala falls in Anoop Shahar branch of Upper Ganga Canal.
